Chef Aneesha Hargrave is a Lead Culinary Specialist for Impossible Foods supporting large non-commercial and national chain foodservice operators. In this role, she partners with independent foodservice brands and contract management companies to help them better understand their customers and to drive consumer demand through sustainability-driven culinary solutions aligning with their values, vision, and core goals for long-term success.
Before joining Impossible, Aneesha spent the better part of a decade as a multi-unit fast casual Executive Chef and R&D Chef. When she’s not working hard innovating with customers, Aneesha enjoys spending time with family, traveling, or volunteering in her community.
