Timothy Beerup

Tim Beerup is President of Beerup, Inc. Beerup, Inc. is aligned with providing innovative retail and foodservice consulting solutions to the produce industry. As a seasoned produce professional, Tim’s long-term focus on perishable category growth encompasses retail and foodservice wholesale, importing, repacking, merchandising, ripening and supply chain solutions program management. Working with the National Mango Board, Tim is challenged to provide innovative solutions driven to create optimal product representation for both whole and fresh cut mangos.

Prior to organizing Beerup, Inc., Tim owned Pacific Crest Produce and TBB Brokerage in Los Angeles which serviced retail (Club & Conventional) and foodservice repacking in Southern California until 2004. Between 2004 - 2014, Tim owned Strand Software, an IP based digital surveillance software company.
