Madison Jacobson is the Marketing Manager at the USA Dry Pea and Lentil Council and American Pulse Association where she works to promote the nutritional, sustainable powerhouses known as pulse crops, or dry peas, beans, lentils, and chickpeas, to both domestic and international audiences. Passionate about delicious cuisine, food systems and supply chains, Madison believes that nutritious, affordable food sources should be available to all, everywhere. Prior to taking on her current role, Madison worked with development organizations in Western Africa to promote agroforestry and regenerative agriculture through intercropping systems and has spent 10 years in the food and beverage service industry.
