Kathie oversees Campus Grinds, cafes, the Ohio Union and University Catering operations. Well-versed in all things “new”, from restaurant-rollout to menu development to market entry to new employee training, she is able to proficiently problem-solve, assess and make things happen in rapidly changing environments. With a BS in Restaurant Management from OSU, Kathie garnered over 25 years’ experience in multi-unit full-service dining before coming full circle and joining the team here in 2010.
