Chef Diekman has worn many hats throughout his culinary career. Having worked as an executive chef, food & beverage director, business development director and consultant, Chef Diekman has a deep understanding of the dynamics of the foodservice and hospitality industries. Currently, he is adapting his experience working with some of the largest restaurant chains in the nation to the K-12, college and university and healthcare sectors. His passion for food and enthusiasm for sharing the knowledge he has gained throughout his career has made him an invaluable resource both in and outside the kitchen. With a belief that everyone should understand the value of nutrition, Chef Diekman loves to increase awareness and education amongst youth, other foodservice professionals and beyond.
