He has worked events at Aspen food and wine classic, the Preakness stakes and the Monster Mile in Dover assisting in executing high quality experiences feeding thousands of people. He implemented a complete Ramen program to the US Navy to feed 10-1000 sailors at a time. Currently he is the Corporate chef and Sales manager at Strauss Brands out of Franklin Wisconsin.
