Jim Churches CEC, CCA is a Corporate Chef and Culinary Sales Manager with Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods. He has 25 years in the foodservice industry, with 15 as a Corporate Executive Chef in Food Manufacturing. Not only does he volunteer as a culinary advisor to many College and High School culinary arts programs, he is also a Culinary Advisory board member with Chef Magazine. For the last two years he has lead the culinary innovation for the CMA Alliance group. Chef Churches is an ACF Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Administrator.
