Jim has been in employed in the non-commercial food service industry for the past 37 years. He has managed dining services in acute care, skilled care and is currently employed in Senior Living for the past 18 years. His current position is Back of the House Manager at Pennswood Village in Newton PA, a CCRC community in Bucks County, PA.
He has been a CDM, CFPP since 2004 and is a current member of the ANFP (Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals). He is a volunteer board Member for the ANFP Certifying Board, currently serving his second term.
