Will is the Design Director of the newly formed UI and UX team at CBORD and Horizon Software. He leads a team of designers, researchers, and developers to think about the problems facing CBORD customers (and their customers) and find new ways to solve their pain points and address new gains for our products’ users. Will has experience as a design strategist, educator, and author. After 4 years of research and teaching in higher education at Indiana University and Ithaca College, he transitioned into a leadership role of applying service design, usability, and UX strategy to solve organizational problems at Coca-Cola, NCR, and now at CBORD.
