Marla has over 20 years of foodservice industry expertise including marketing, sales and insights development. Currently, Marla is Vice President of Commercial Foodservice for Brill. She also served as Sr. Director Foodservice Marketing. In the interim, Marla spent 2 years with Technomic, a leading industry research & consulting firm. Marla’s bakery experience runs deep as she also led the foodservice sales and marketing efforts for Schwan’s Food Service Inc. for 10 years. Marla is fluent in Spanish, having lived and worked in Barcelona for two years. She also utilizes her marketing talent outside of the office, and currently serves as VP Marketing and Communications for her synagogue.
