Lisa brings more than twenty years of Bakery and Foodservice industry experience, with formal culinary training from Les Roches in Switzerland, one of the world's leading hospitality schools. Lisa has been with Brill since 2002, working with both foodservice and in-store bakery customers to help them drive incremental sales and profit.
