Josh Hasson is currently the Senior Director of Food & Nutrition Services at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, currently ranked #11 in US News & World Report’s nationwide ranking. His current responsibilities include oversight of approximately 2000 patient meals & 40-50 catering orders daily which represents over $13M in managed volume annually.
Josh has over 30 years of hospitality experience in multiple sectors of the industry. His career began with his internship with Marriott Foodservice in New York City working in Fortune 500 companies’ executive dining rooms. He followed with years spent in NYC hotels, restaurants & night clubs. His career path then took him to our nation’s capital where he spearheaded the growth of a premiere off premise catering company, Movable Feast Catering. Recruitment through Morrison Management Specialists then bought him to the windy city where he has spent the last 25 years in a variety of progressive roles at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
