Brian Brindza is the newest addition to Kellogg’s Away From Home Team. Brian has a passion for everything culinary and worked in food manufacturing for the past 15 years. Brian spent a few years with CSSI Marketing & Culinary as a Culinary Research & Development Manager. In this role, he was responsible for engaging with key customers to develop, research and prepare concepts and recipes for presentations to restaurant customers to drive menu placement. Brian was responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with the top 250 national accounts. Previously, Brian spent 12 years at Newly Weds Foods in various culinary and R&D roles. Brian worked as a Product Innovation Executive Chef for Newly Weds in Thailand for over three years. In this role, he worked with the innovation team on new product development and innovation in seasonings, breading, bakery, and sauces for clients throughout South East Asia. Brian has Culinary AAS and Hospitality BBA degrees from Robert Morris University and also participated in the Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy.
