Each month, FoodService Director honors an outstanding, innovative foodservice operation. They are the companies to watch! At MenuDirections, an award dinner will be held in their honor and one will be chosen to be the FSO of the Year!

Watch your colleagues battle it out in the 6th annual Culinary Competition at MenuDirections. In this test of wills and skills, chefs have the chance to win serious bragging rights along with some other great prizes. Want to be a competitor?

MenuDirections’ social media contest is back! Throughout the conference you’ll be sampling delicious dishes prepared by industry chefs and some of the top suppliers. Post photos of your favorite plates to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter using the hashtag #PostMyPlate in the caption to share your experience. Editors from FoodService Director magazine will be choosing the most delicious-looking photo, and one lucky operator will take home a fabulous prize!

Culinary Workshops

MenuDirections’ Culinary Workshops make up the majority of the agenda and contain some of the most pertinent insights you won’t find anywhere else. Recipes will be presented in entirely new ways and ingredients will be combined in ways you hadn’t considered. Take notes and bring new life back to your menus.
